About Dolphins

WALT. This Term I have been learning about the Dolphins that write A D,L,O  about Dolphins. I write my D,L,O on my Google Docs. I learn that the dolphins likes to eat salmon, and they are lots of diffrent types of Dolphins and I would like to learn more about it.

Dolphins are the the most friendly predator in the sea not like sharks. Dolphins can live over 40 years and they eat fishes and squids. Dolphins had no neck and no shoulders, and they breathe air through their hole it is also called a blowhole. There is a layer fat called blubber under the dolphins skin, which Keeps them warm in the cold water. Dolphins loves to eat salmon.

The biggest dolphin a killer known as orca can they can grow up to 20 feet long, and the bottlenose dolphins can grow 8 or 9 feet long, the second biggest dolphins. One of the smallest dolphins are the Maui's dolphins.Dolphins sleep with one eye closed and another eye is opened. Dolphins can detect other species with the sound,size,shape and speed hundred yards away, and there are lots of dolphins to find more.

Kamusta pangalan ko ay Ryan i’m 11 years old and my teacher is Whaea Raewyn and I enjoyed at the first day at Highschool.

On sport I play soccer because I like kicking the ball. Every Sunday with my family went to church but sometimes we don't because we have to clean the house or going somewhere.

And I learn best when someone teach me. With me and I do like to sit when i'm learning is with my friends. My learning goals for this year is to always remember what I learn.

This week I've been reading about don't let the pigeon get a walrus. First we had a plan about don't let the pigeon get a walrus. Next we had to write our opinion and reason about the pigeon. And then we finish our writing then we had to blog it.

Shouldn't Let The Pigeon Get A Walrus

In my opinion is don't let the pigeon get a walrus as a pet.

The pigeon can't even carry the food that the walrus want to eat. His too smaller than the walrus. The pigeon get eaten by a walrus. The walrus think the pigeon is a food.

I think im not gonna let the pigeon get a walrus as a pet because he will get squashed. that pigeon couldn’t carry the walrus.

Kahu and Hokioi

This week I am reading Kahu and Hokioi our teacher tell us to write about Haast's eagle. First I watch a video clip about the Haast's eagle. Then I learn about the haast's eagle. And we had to write about the haast's eagle.

The Haast's eagle wing is three meter long.

The haast's eagle can kill other bigger animal.

The haast's eagle was the biggest eagle in earth.

In the beautiful day there was a Scary Goblin live in the Forest close to the old house . “ohhhhhh ahhhhhh  seems like there’s a new little human moving to the old house” said the goblin. One night he had a plan “I had an Idea!“  said the goblin. “How about i’ll climb to that old house”  said the goblin. He climb on the old house and said the goblin “YES I GOT IN!” when the goblin was walking he heard a noise “ what’s that noise?” said the goblin “AWWWWWWW”  he heard a very noisy sound then he look down “oh it's just a kitten” said the goblin then he just step on the kitten and the goblin woke the kitten up then the kitten gets angry “hey little kitten you can't do somethin on me haha and I'M BIGGER THAN YOU!” and the kitten get even angry “haha YOU CAN'T GET ME!” and the kitten gets even anger and then… Then the kitten GRAB! Hes legs THEN SMASH him on the wall and the goblin said  “ okey okey you can do something on me “ then the kitten throw him at the window and landed into hard floor and the goblin said “ awwww that was hurt” .

Te Manu TukuTuku poem

This week our teacher we have to write a poem about Te Manu TukuTuku beacause we moved into a new school called Te Manu TukuTuku. We have a new playground and new room. We had to write about how we feel,see,smell and touch.

When we move to a new school I feel excited.

This week I have been learning about Activity weekend   in Farewell Spit there was a 300 whales die so we decide to pretend to help theme we watch the video and we read the description. I would help by giving the whale water.

Bliss Balls

Bliss Balls

“  Yummy I can't wait to  eat  the bliss balls”

Woah it’s  so powerful but it’s yummy. It’s so crumbly  and crunchy on my mouth

We squish and squash  the bliss balls.

                                                                                              

It tasted coconut powder but it was so much more powerful than the other ingredients.

It’s look like a dirt, turn it around like a circle and it’s brown.

It feels like a batch of rock when I squish it.

It smell like batter when I smell on my nose.

I hear crunching when I put it in my mouth.

The Wpinning Tornado

I Am learning about weather and about writing an information report with the correct language and structure. I been learning about weather  for 3 weeks. I chose tornado because I like to learn tornado.

Tornado is a dangerous weather that can damage house or home,car or anything but they can kill people from above.

Tornado are strongest weather and it's stronger than a cyclone.

Tornado move speed is 100 kilometer hour.

A Tornado is a spinning weather like a wheel but it’s dangerous like a lightning. A tornado came from in the warm air and cold air they bump together cold air going, down and warm air going up that make a cycle thats where they came from.

I like to see the tornado but not close it’s very danger.

This term we have been learning about weather. In art I created a stormy night picture. First I used dye on the background we split out on two group. Then we swapped groups. Next I did the black building. Next day I did the black paint storm cloud then I dab it.  I do the white paint to do lightning.  I stuck my black building in my background.

A Weather is the current atmosphere that experience.

The weather is a sunny day that can be hot and dry. In Weather there is rainy day that the all the grass and houses can be wet. The weather is a foggy day that you can't see anything. The weather can changes minutes by minutes each a day. A Weather can be cold,warm,windy and hot. A weather can be windy and can blow you.weather is day to day that can changes.

The weather can make cyclone and cost damage.  

In the sunny day it’s hot and it’s burny I want to go inside.

In rainy day it’s wet and I wanna in muddy.

In windy day it’s fresh and I wanna relax.

In winter day it’s snowy and I wanna play with snow then make snow man.

Antarctica Penguin description

Today we´re learning about Antarctica animal I decided to pick penguins.  

Penguins Penguins has a thousands feathers. Some of the penguins have a long neck. Some are tallest and heaviest of living penguins. Penguins eats krill,squid, and fish. Some of the animals in Antarctica can eat penguins like killer whale and leopard  seals. The penguins is a living animals and they like to live in the Antarctica. Penguins like to live because there's a lot of food like tooth fish.
