Last week we did a fitness test, in the test we have to do 5 fitness test.
The first fitness test was a beep test we have to run 20 meters back in fort when it goes faster
and faster until we reach out limit.The second one was a sit and reach, in this test you have to sit by
making to legs straight and trying to push the piece of wood in the front of you. The Third one was a
vertical jump test in this test you have to stand beside the wall and standing straight then putting your
arms up to measure the height when your height is measured you have to measure your jump.
The Fourth fitness test was a grip test, in this test you have to squish the handgrip as hard as you can,
in 30 seconds you have to count how many times squish the handgrip. The fifth test was sit-up test, in
this test you to lie on the ground flat and your knee bend then feet on the gourd, you have to try to sit up
while on the ground in 30 seconds.
