Drama, puberty, puppet, mood meter

Puberty
My class was learning about puberty in Health and Drama sessions. I learned that how to take care of our body parts like, taking a shower every day and washing our face our armpit, and I also learned that when it comes to puberty our body is getting starting to sweet like after playing, and your armpit is starting stink. I also learned what our deferent body parts are starting to turn smelly, growing hair and pimples.  

Puppets

when we try to make a puppet this was a challenge, we did not know what to start off with. when we finish making with a puppet we represent our puppets to our drama teacher then recorded us.

What is Mental Health?
Mental health is emotional, your feelings. Mental health is good for everyone because someone can understand you someone knows what's your feelings.

How I deal with my emotions is?
I always try to calm down, when I had enough or getting annoyed I shout.

Who is the best person to talk to?
My mom because of shes really kind and when I get a mistakes shes not always mad at me.

Whos the best person to talk in my home?
my family because they can always solve my problems.

The benefits of physical activity education


I promise, that I would do physical every 30 hours 5 times a week is to go play basketball outside my house and do physical activities outside.

Hurumanu

Drama
This week I have a new subject in Hurumanu and in Drama, we played five games it was Two truth and one lie, copy dancing, guest the leader, freeze frame and follow the leader. we play guest the leader game so in guest the leader game, the rule were the guys who were in have to guest he leader. in Drama I would like to play is Grama footstep. In Drama, we were split into a group of 3 or 4 in our group we have to freeze in three seconds and say something about your action.
